Foreign ETFs Lead Quantum Multiplier Portfolio

Periodically, the Author posts the holdings and returns of his Quantum Multiplier Portfolio. This portfolio is the Author’s personal portfolio.

As most readers know, the Author does not recommend individual stocks and investments. Rather, he provides general investment advice. So by listing these holdings, he is not advising readers to purchase them. You are, however, invited to research these investments and make an independent and personal determination if they are suitable for your portfolio.

Also, by posting the portfolio, readers can get a general idea of the categories of investments that the Author favors at this point in time.

MOMENTUM = MONEY

The Author’s investment methodology is a relative strength, momentum-based strategy. Simply put, when equities are rising and have good relative strength relative to other alternatives, you own equities. The indicators that the Author follows tell us when the market has positive momentum, as it currently does.

Next, we find stocks in the market sectors that have the greatest relative strength. We find the sectors that are rising the fastest and look for stocks or Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) in those sectors that have the greatest relative strength and momentum relative to other stocks in those sectors.

Finally, we monitor our investments closely and put in stop orders to limit our losses and protect our gains.

This strategy was discussed in more detail in a post Here are the Quantum Multiplier picks since April 2007, when market indicators flashed positive:
